Question 1

How does automated review collection work for furniture stores?

Accepted Answer

The system automatically triggers personalized SMS review requests exactly 2 hours after a white-glove furniture delivery is completed, capturing genuine 5-star reviews at peak customer delight.

Question 2

How does the smart review gate protect our showroom from negative reviews?

Accepted Answer

Happy buyers (4-5 stars) are instantly directed to your public Google Business Profile. Unsatisfied customers (1-3 stars) are routed privately to an internal manager feedback form, allowing you to resolve issues privately before they hurt your public rating.

Question 3

What is Missed Call Text Back and how does it prevent lost furniture sales?

Accepted Answer

When your floor sales team is busy assisting visitors and misses an incoming call, the system instantly texts the caller on autopilot: 'Sorry we missed your call! How can our showroom team help you today?' This engages the buyer immediately before they ring a competing local furniture store.

Question 4

Do I need to sign a long-term contract or pay setup fees?

Accepted Answer

No. There are zero setup fees and no contracts. All plans are pay-as-you-go monthly subscriptions. You can cancel with a single click inside your account dashboard anytime during or after your 14-day free trial.

Question 5

How long does it take to connect with our showroom system?

Accepted Answer

Setup takes under 3 minutes. Simply connect your Google Business Profile with one click, upload or sync your buyer list, and the automation handles review requests, AI replies, and missed call follow-ups 100% hands-free.
